Lincoln– The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for 44-year-old Luciel Howell who was reported missing on July 12, 2020.
Luciel is 5’07” tall, 180 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Her last known whereabouts were in the area of Crooked Road, Lincoln, DE.
Attempts to locate or communicate with Luciel have been unsuccessful and there is a true concern for her safety and welfare.
Anyone with information in reference to Luciel’s whereabouts is asked to contact Troop 7 at 302-644-5020. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware crime stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or via the internet at http://www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com
