Wilmington– The Delaware State Police have identified the name of the operator who died in a motorcycle crash on SR. 4 (West Newport Pike) on May 13, 2020 as 24-year-old Carlos Castaneda of Wilmington, DE.
The crash continues to remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit.
