Wilmington– The Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer that occurred at approximately 5:38 p.m., on May 11, 2020, on Rogers Road west of Oakmont Drive intersection.
A 2018 Nissan Altima operated by a 29-year-old man from Newark, was stopped on the right shoulder of eastbound Rogers Road west of Oakmont Drive intersection, facing eastbound. The operator of the tractor-trailer and his passenger were both properly restrained. They were transported to Wilmington Hospital where they were treated and released for minor, non-life threatening injuries.
