Dover – The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for 48 year old Charles Black. Black, who was last seen on April 21, 2020 has a last known address of Saxton Rd. in Dover, but also has ties to Port Mahon in Kent County. Attempts to locate or communicate with Black have been unsuccessful and there is true concern for his safety and welfare.
Black is described as a black male, 5’9” tall, 197 lbs., and is currently operating a 2007, silver, Ford Focus bearing Delaware tag 178004.
Anyone with information regarding Black’s whereabouts are asked to contact Troop 3 by calling 302-697-4454.
