Service Notice: Vital Statistics Marriage Certificates

Following the passage of House Bill 114, the Delaware Public Archives will service Delaware marriage certificates up to 1968. For marriage certificates from present-day to 1969, please contact the Office of Vital Statistics:

  • New Castle County – (302) 283-7130
  • Kent County – (302) 744-4549
  • Sussex County – (302) 856-5495
